Are you a strategic and visionary leader with a passion for developing our healthcare workforce? Grampians Health is seeking a Director of Workforce Development to shape the future of our workforce, ensuring innovative and sustainable workforce strategies that support the evolving healthcare needs of our communities.

In this pivotal role, you will drive workforce planning, professional development, and strategic workforce initiatives while fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a skilled, engaged, and future-ready workforce for Grampians Health.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the Workforce Development team to drive strategic workforce planning and development
• Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with Grampians Health's strategic and clinical plans
• Foster strong collaboration across leadership teams to enhance workforce capability and service delivery
• Oversee policies, procedures, and workforce initiatives to ensure a safe, effective, and sustainable workforce

What You'll Bring:

• Proven and significant experience effectively leading clinical workforce programs
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
• A track record of driving workforce innovation and service improvement
