About the Role
In this key support role, you will assist in the smooth operation of retail property management tasks, acting as a central point of contact for tenants and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency, coordinating compliance requirements, and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls, handling queries, and managing mail distribution.
- Maintain key property registers, including complaints, noise, and contact lists.
- Ensure tenants comply with public liability insurance requirements.
- Collect, input, and report on monthly tenant sales data.
- Coordinate tenant storage and footpath dining licenses.
- Assist with lease administration and documentation.
- Draft clear and professional correspondence to tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support compliance with operational policies and legislative requirements.
- Administer liquor licensing processes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate retail, residential or mixed-use property environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in drafting clear and articulate correspondence.
- A solid understanding of property-related processes and terminology.
