We have a remarkable team in our Head Office and we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come join us on a part time/casual work from home basis.

About the role

You will manage the following areas:

- Australian and New Zealand entitites

- Learn our inhouse CRM system to match against Xero

- Manage accounts emails

- Set up of new suppliers

- Staff payroll/superannuation

- Bank reconcilliations

- Credit Card reconciliations Statutory and Financial Reporting

- Month end reporting

- Debt collection

- Prepare quarterly BAS/GST/PAYG

- GL Management

- Inter-company reconciliations

- Process improvement

- Project work

- Work with Accountants at EOFY

Skills and experience

- 5 Years Xero bookkeeping experience
- Minimum Cert IV Bookkeeping
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work close with your broader team members
- Able to work in a fast paced changing environment
- Must be proactive, efficient, and effective
- Must know Xero rules and more efficient ways to introduce for Xero and 3rd party apps

Please note that this role is part time - minimum 10hours a week on average, not full time. Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
