Field Practice Lead
This position is crucial to manage, coordinate and maintain Horizon Power Field Instruction manuals and work practices documentation to industry acceptable standards in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Horizon Power workforce.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Bentley, Perth.
Your role will include:
- Lead a small team of field practice specialists.
- Adopt a contemporary approach to develop and present field practice documentation in a way that is engaging and ensures focus on key activities and risks.
- Manage and maintain a suite of field practice procedures, manuals and guidance addressing trades and technical work that is delivered on Horizon Power's electricity network and generation assets.
- Integrate field practice procedures and guidance with the Horizon Power SHW Management System.
- Assist in the development of field practice documentation for new and emerging technology.
- Manage Horizon Power's contract authorization process.
You will have:
- Strong industry experience and existing knowledge of electricity generation and networks field practices.
- Electrical generation or networks trade background and/or tertiary qualification in electrical engineering highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in training and assessment and/or tertiary qualification in work health and safety beneficial.
- Significant experience in field practice development, technical writing and assurance.
