As the Media Business Director, you will be a trusted adviser and deliver integrated campaigns and ensure that you provide exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for:

• Strategy and Client Service: As a strategic leader, you will actively identify and drive growth opportunities, ensuring retention and you will also contribute to the efforts of bringing in New Business by providing strategic and analytical advice.
• You will closely work with one of their high level clients alongside the sales and marketing team to efficiently implement agreed media objectives, deliver high-quality projects and strengthen the relationship by providing recommendations on marketing activities to achieve all objectives and results.
• Financial Management: You will prepare accurate information for revenue forecast meetings and contribute insights to monthly performance reports. Understanding client budgets, you are able to discuss how to maximize agency revenue, profitability and resources.
• As a people leader, you are skilled in managing up and down. Not only do you work alongside your team, you will also educate and coach them to grow and develop their skills across all aspects of their role and the client's business.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 5+ years of experience focused on client leadership with qualifications in a relevant field
• You have both online and offline media experience
• You are a proven team manager with strong project management and negotiation skills
• You are proactive and inspiring whilst also being analytical and results oriented
