Right now – we are seeking another outstanding Sales and Design Consultant to join our close-knit team as our Business has expanded with the growing Warwick and Southern Downs Region.

If you are passionate about sales, increasing the happiness of those around you and willing to do whatever it takes to create unbeatable experiences for those we work for then we want to help you become the best you can be.

We offer an annual base salary as well as above industry standard commissions so you can earn an income to match your skill level and then some. We'll also provide you with ongoing in house and independent mentoring to ensure you can continually sharpen your skills.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The role will require work flexibility. We are an expanding company that is looking to make a difference for our customers and the industry. The ideal candidate will;

- Prospect and generate leads with intellectual marketing

- Getting to know the developers, land agents and make lasting contacts

- Be active in the community. BBQs, school fetes, community engagement activities

- Look for clever marketing ideas and locations

- Create and effectively manage an active pipeline

- Create marketing brochures, house and land packages

- Add to our social media, keep our customers up to date with new ideas and promotions.

- Weekend work is mandatory

Skills and experience

Experience selling new houses

The right go getter attitude

The ability to qualify potential leads

Ability to convert leads to sales and to follow through processing the sale to contract

A good knowledge of a CRM

A good understanding of construction and how it works, how to site a house, what's required for a sales contract

Working as an efficient team member.

Great email, typing, MS Office, general computer skills.

A knowledge of interior and external designs, feng shui etc.
