We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at BOTWRIGHT. This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in real estate, with the opportunity to learn from experienced agents, gain hands-on experience, and develop into a future sales leader. Based in the 4017 Brisbane Bayside, you’ll work closely with our high-performing team to drive new business, support property campaigns, connect with clients, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing...

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll:

Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, lead generation, and appointment setting

Coordinate database management and client relationship nurturing

Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaign rollouts

Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity

Assist with property preparation, listing activities, and presentation for market

Support open homes, private inspections, and client appointments

Engage with buyers, manage follow-up communications, and assist with negotiations

Contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture

About You...

Are highly motivated and a natural self-starters

A high-energy operator with a can-do attitude, a bit of banter, and a relentless drive to deliver for clients

A natural connector with great communication skills, who builds trust quickly and knows how to hold a room (or a coffee chat)

Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

Hold a QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or are working towards one)

Have a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle

Real estate experience is a bonus but not essential—we’re open to motivated candidates looking to grow into the industry.
