About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to assist our experienced team in delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in real estate sales while working alongside industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with open home inspections, building and pests, valuations
• Conduct open home call backs and identify potential sellers
• Support lead generation and prospecting activities
• Manage database and client follow-ups
• Provide general administrative and marketing support

What We’re Looking For:

- Availability on Saturdays (with a rostered day off during the week)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Sales Registration Certificate or Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent presentation & strong communication skills
- A motivated and reliable individual with a passion for sales
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred but not essential
