Role impact & contribution

Your typical day-to-day work will include undertaking a range of research, analysis, and administrative activities across the division’s pillars in order to deliver high quality outcomes and support the achievement of business objectives.

Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following criteria:

Prepare briefings, presentations, and draft correspondence for decision makers

Develop and monitor team systems and procedures to improve efficiency

Manage records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Gather information and prepare performance reports

Support strategic and operational planning for Major Projects Division

Assist with policy implementation for complex projects

Review expert advice to inform stakeholders and support policy directions

Prepare reports, briefs, and correspondence for agency/government requests
