The Organisation:
This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. They seek to uphold the rights of, and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability receiving supports or services.
The Role:
The APS5 Business Intelligence will focus on collaborating with key business areas in the development and implementation of consumable reports and analytics to address key risks and emerging trends.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Conduct data analytics and reporting, including interpreting and analysing data using statistical techniques.
- Extract, present, and compare data using Microsoft Excel and other formats.
- Develop and implement systems for data collection and strategies to improve statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare and present business intelligence reports to a range of stakeholders.
- Coordinate reporting requirements to track and monitor improvement outcomes.
- Perform quality assurance processes, including audits, trend analysis, and outcomes analysis.
- Implement and manage systems to track performance and achieve desired results.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Excel, SAS, and Salesforce.
- Ability to derive insights and recommend performance improvements.
- Strong experience in quality assurance and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills; experience with SAS preferred.
