Your new role:

The APS6 Intelligence Analyst is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. The position has reasonable autonomy and accountability to exercise both initiative and judgement to interpret legislation and policy, in the application of practices and procedures to achieve outcomes within
the functions. The position is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.

Key duties:
- Undertake the collection, analysis and interpretation of data and/or, research activities, including interrogating databases, collating data from multiple sources, manipulation of data, and presentation of data and information to meet the needs of the business.
- Contributing to the development, planning and production of financial intelligence outputs and
outcomes.
- Conducting fraud assessments and producing financial intelligence reports for complex matters from
the collection, evaluation and analysis of information.
- Producing financial intelligence products within set time frames in compliance with legislative, policy
and information security frameworks.
- Providing ongoing intelligence support for matters referred for investigation.

- 12 Month Contract with potential for extension
- $60+ per hour plus Super
- Start dates over next 4-8 weeks
- Closing Date Thursday 10th April 2025

Key skills required for these roles:
- Minimum 4 years Intelligence experience
- Government Intelligence experience highly preferred
- Minimum Cert IV in Government Investigations or similar OR extensive experience
- Attention to Detail, Intermediate MS Suite skills & ability to analyse various forms of information to form a conclusion

- Must be able to work Full Time Hours Mon-Fri
- Hybrid working - Brisbane CBD
