About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, managing accounts, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our clients outside sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques

Engage with potential clients via phone, email and online platforms

Prepare accurate complex quotes

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns

Utilise relevant systems / software to manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors' offerings.

About you

To be considered for the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will possess:

Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing or a related field

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Self-motivated and target driven mindset

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Proficient computer skills and sales / pipeline tracking systems / software

The ability to develop structured telemarketing campaigns while setting on-site or "virtual" appointments for the outside sales team

Strategising every opportunity to ensure the best outcome for both the business and the customer

The tenacity to deliver on personal and company goals, be accountable for your actions and share success

Ability to understand contracts and pricing proposals
