About the role

As a Sales Representative at RV World, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of premium recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Wodonga, VIC, where you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their purchasing journey and ensuring they find the perfect RV to suit their needs and lifestyle. With the right candidate, there is an opportunity to be exposed to the Canberra market as well.

What you'll be doing

Providing knowledgeable and friendly sales support to customers, both in-person and over the phone

Demonstrating and showcasing the features and benefits of our diverse range of recreational vehicles

Assisting customers with vehicle selection, pricing, financing, and all other aspects of the sales process

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities and following up on leads to drive revenue growth

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive or recreational vehicle industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

A thorough understanding of the RV market, features, and industry trends

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging manner

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

A passion for the RV lifestyle and a desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle
