Position: Administration Team Leader (Surgical Outpatients)

Vacancy: Permanent Full-time

Location: Surgical Outpatients / Surgical Service Group / Townsville University Hospital

• Salary range: $3481.60 to $3835.70 p.f. (AO4)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications/ professional registration/ other requirements

• Highly regarded: Demonstrated experience in developing and leading a high performing administration team.
• Highly regarded: Proven ability to meet deadlines under time constraints in a fast paced, multidisciplinary work environment.
• Highly regarded: High-level attention to detail to maintain quality and standards of work.
• Highly regarded: Experience in providing administration support in a similar industry/setting.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
