About the Role
This position will see you play a key role in delivering HR support across the business, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development and employee relations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring managers
Provide practical, day-to-day HR advice to employees and leaders
Coordinate HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee files
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Support broader HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You're someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering real impact through your HR expertise. You're confident, capable, and ready to take the reins.
3–5 years’ experience in a HR Officer/Advisor role, ideally in a blue-collar or manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of HR processes, legislation, and WHS compliance
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
A confident communicator with the ability to build trust across all levels
Tertiary qualifications in HR (or working towards completion) and strong Microsoft Office skills
