About the Role

Forever Solar is looking for a strong closer with proven solar experience to help drive our growing sales team across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Gladstone.

This is a contractor role with an uncapped commission structure, ideal for someone who’s hungry, self-driven, and ready to earn over $200K by doing what they do best: closing deals.

You’ll be conducting in-home appointments with warm, pre-qualified leads, no door knocking. Our internal call centre handles all the qualifying for you, so you walk into homes where customers already know who we are and what we offer.

This is real, ethical solar sales, no pressure-pitching, just consultative selling backed by quality installs, in-house support, and a company that delivers on what it promises.

What You'll Be Doing

Running in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions

Presenting quotes using our proven sales tools and systems

Closing deals and guiding customers through a smooth transition to install

Maintaining strong client relationships built on trust and follow-through

Travelling up to 200km as required for consultations

What We're Looking For

A proven solar closer who can consistently convert leads

Excellent communication and consultative sales skills

Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently

Takes ownership and thrives in a supportive, performance-based culture

Values-driven, with integrity and a customer-first approach

What You'll Get

We purchase high-quality solar leads, and every customer is properly screened before they hit your calendar

Our product, service, and install quality rivals businesses in the market, from sale to post-install, we handle everything

In-house installation teams (no subcontractors), so your deals are delivered exactly as promised

Weekly communication, scheduled appointments, and full sales team support

High performers receive up to 4 appointments per day; minimum of 2 for consistent closers
