Daily tasks will include

Manage a pipeline of warm leads, no cold calling!

Engaging with potential customers to explain and guide them through OneBudget's unique financial fitness program.

Building strong relationships with clients and fostering trust.

Maintaining detailed records, CRM management and nurturing a portfolio of clients.

About you!

The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience and transferable skills from various sales backgrounds, including retail, face-to-face interactions, phone-based sales, and both B2B and B2C environments.

Motivated to succeed, with a hunger for progression and a passion for uncapped commissions.

Results-driven and eager to exceed set targets and KPIs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.

Genuine interest in personal finance and helping others achieve financial freedom.
