Your Role:

As a Qvolt Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll be:

Conducting in-home consultations to design custom solar solutions.

Following up with warm leads and nurturing them through to close.

Tapping into your network to generate referrals—and getting rewarded generously through our referral program.

What’s On Offer:

2 pre-qualified leads per day, up to 4 during peak times.

Comprehensive training on our proven sales process and product range.

Fast commission pay-outs, powered by our in-house install team.

Realistic OTE of $150K+ through commissions, bonuses, and referrals.

We’re Looking For:

Face-to-face sales experience—solar experience is a bonus.

This is a commission-only role—no base salary or hourly rate is offered. If you're driven by results and motivated to earn based on performance, you'll thrive here.

A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.

Laptop and phone to run smooth in-home presentations.

A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.

Strong negotiation skills and a hunger to close deals.
