About the business and the role

You will be joining a modern, fast-growing practice that prides itself on excellence in quality dental treatment and outstanding patient care. You will work along side 3 dentists, 3-4 hygienists and our dedicated staff. We are located on South Pine Road, with excellent street level exposure. The practice offers a very comfortable environment with beautiful surgeries and the latest technologies and equipment. We offer a diverse range of services such as intravenous sedation, Invisalign orthodontics, cosmetic dental care, emergency appointments, Implants, ceramic crown & veneers, TMJ disorders and teeth whitening.

At Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental we take great pride in providing the very best experience possible for our patients. We do this by constantly keeping up to date with dental technology and education, not to mention the dedication of our personable staff.

This is a permanent position, working a 76hr fortnight between Monday - Friday.

As part of giving our staff a good work/life balance, a rostered day off during the week is also possible.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Answering phones

Appointment book management

Scheduling appointments

General admin

Monitor and maintain an effective records management system – using the practice management software chosen by Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental

Attend compulsory meetings and training

Assist staff and others in the practice as requested

Maintain a neat and tidy work area

Work cohesively within the team

Excellent hygiene and personal presentation

A warm and friendly nature

Skills and experience:

Experience working in the dental field preferred but not essential

Excellent communication skills

Customer service experience

Self motivated

Knowledge of Exact Dental advantageous

Self organisation & time management skills

Ability to multitask in a calm, mature manner

Warm, friendly and professional disposition

Positive attitude

The ability to take on feedback
