Your new company

Our client, based in Perth, is on the lookout for a part-time Payroll Officer with the potential of extension. Availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the disability sector.

Your new role

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Processing new starter and terminations
• Running a weekly payment run
• Payroll tax, superannuation, award interpretation, long service leave calculation, etc.
• Responding to all payroll-related queries
• Other ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Experience using payroll software (Chris21, MYOB, Xero, SAP, TechOne, ADP, etc)
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a standalone role
• Availability to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
