About the role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision making across the organisation. You will also collaborate with the financial accounting team to maintain data integrity and compliance and lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where your expertise will shape future strategies and operational success.
Key Activities:
- Collaborate with executives on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Improve business analysis capability using Data sets and Power Bi reports
- Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly reports to senior stakeholders
- Supporting cost-saving and efficiency initiatives through financial insight and modelling
- Improve data integrity and ensure appropriate processes are in place
- Guide the improvement of financial knowledge within the organisation
- Enhance business analysis capabilities and streamlining reporting processes
About you
You’re a commercially savvy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will bring:
- A degree in Finance or a related field, either studying for or with CA or CPA qualification
- Power BI skills and experience working with complex data sets
- 3+ years’ experience in business partnering or advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and statistical analysis in a medium size business environment within tight timeframes, including Board submissions.
- Proven ability in providing decision support in a multi-service delivery environment. Influencing skills as well as excellent communication skills are a must
- Strong financial management skills
- Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in an organisation with a dispersed geographic service base would be an advantage
- Experience in Aged Care provision and regulatory framework would be highly regarded
