This business is a small, privately-owned and self licensed financial planning practice on St Kilda Road, Victoria. They pride themselves on offering specialist, tailored advice to individuals, and family groups. Many existing client relationships span more than 15 years, therefore the Client Services/Associate is vital in maintaining and nurturing these relationships.

This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Attending client appointments / presentations with the Senior Financial Planner (optional depending on your career aspirations)
• Lodging application for a variety of financial planning products
• Updating client information on Xplan and Work Sorted
• Add file notes to Xplan
• Answering calls from clients regarding the management of their wealth portfolios
• Managing annual reviews; getting client files ready for advisor meeting
• Manage the outsourcing of work that doesn't directly involve client interaction to CSO's overseas

To be successful in the role, you must have experience working in a professional financial planning business in a similar style role.

This organisation is very well established and has a low number of clients, but a very high-touch service; quality over quantity. Only candidates with excellent communication skills and attention to detail should apply.
