About the role
Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking to make a real difference in the lives of your patients? Accelerated Allied Health are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis in our Laverton North clinic. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalised speech therapy services to a diverse range of clients, helping them to improve their communication, swallowing and overall quality of life, either in the clinic or through home/school visits!

What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement customised therapy plans to address the unique needs of each patient
- Working primarily with children aged between 3-17 years
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to patient care
- Keep detailed records and prepare comprehensive progress reports
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of speech therapy equipment and technology
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of your patients
- We strongly welcome applications from recent graduates and students nearing completion of their studies
