Speak With Us is a private speech pathology practice. We work with individuals of all ages, in the areas of speech, language, swallowing, fluency, voice and orofacial myology. We are seeking full-time or part-time Speech Pathologists to join our team of Speech Pathologists! This position is suitable for Speech Pathologists at any stage of their career.

We work with clients with a range of diagnoses, including but not limited to Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Speech and Language Delay, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Strokes and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a warm and bubbly Speech Pathologist to join the Speak With Us Team. This role provides the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, in the areas of assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic management of communication and/or swallowing disorders.

This is a part-time position 2-3 days per week, with the potential to move to full time! The role includes clinic sessions, telehealth sessions and mobile therapy. From time to time as part of your role, you may be required to travel to clients all around Melbourne. Travel reimbursement will be provided.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience.

Masters or Bachelors in Speech Pathology.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

SPA Membership.

Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

Working With Children’s Check (WWCC).

NDIS Screening Check.

Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Requires a vehicle and drivers licence.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload and support people of all ages.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and families.

Develop comprehensive therapy plans.

Assessing and reporting.

Documenting and ensuring client confidentiality.

Providing evidence-based interventions.
