We are seeking an experienced sous chef to join our busy waterfront kitchen.

Successful applicant must have prior experience in kitchen leadership roll, be able to cook steaks to a high standard, be self motivated, work well as a team as well as independently be able to run a service, call dockets, get food out consistently & in a timely manner, order stock, maintain kitchen cleanliness, have good management skills & have a passion for food, cooking & the hospitality industry.

This job including split shifts, nights, weekends & public holidays.

We are seeking a long term team member with a positive attitude to join our team.

3 Month probation period.
