About The Role
This role is based in Tingalpa, Brisbane, working in our client services team, under our Team Leader, in a client-facing role. This role is part of the successful delivery of certification and training products to our clients and meeting our customer service objectives as part of a team that includes auditors, operations, sales and finance members.
The role is focused on proactively scheduling audits for the audit team by gathering the right information to ensure compliance and customer requirements are met and enabling our auditors to hit their productivity targets.
You will also manage inbound customer enquiries and to assist our clients in understanding our range of products and services.
Your experience plus our training processes will set you up well to be successful in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering customer outcomes, scheduling projects and ensuring customers are informed throughout the process.
Identifying customer needs that can create revenue opportunities.
Regular customer check-in to ensure customer service is satisfactory.
Work with our operations, sales and finance teams to coordinate a successful delivery.

About You
You are confident in communicating with senior managers and with operators alike, possessing a professional telephone manner.
You have worked with or are comfortable learning to use CRM or ERP software, with previous experience with Zoho being highly desirable.
You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
You can work autonomously and are self-motivated, with strong organisational skills.
You like helping people and ensuring the customers' requirements are met.
You are driven to ensure no stone is left unturned for our clients.
