We're What Matters — a creative agency producing, scroll-stopping content for some of Australia’s leading hospitality brands. We’re looking for freelance videographers who shoot on iPhone to help us bring venues to life through short-form content that performs.

We’re after creators who get social — who understand lighting, angles, storytelling, and how to capture content that performs on Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Shooting content on iPhone for bars, pubs, restaurants & events

Capturing trending-style content: behind the scenes, walk-throughs, food & drink features, staff moments, and social trends

Working closely with our creative team on shoot direction, shot lists & brand tone

Helping venues stand out through authentic, high-energy social content

Potential to shoot multiple projects per week, depending on your schedule

Who You Are:

A social-savvy content creator with strong iPhone filming skills

Comfortable capturing engaging footage quickly, without a full production setup

Understand how to frame, light, and shoot for Instagram, TikTok & Reels

Keen, reliable, and able to work independently on-site

Confident working in hospitality environments (venues, events, people)

Bonus Points For:

Editing skills (either yourself or via our team)

Previous work creating content for hospo, food, lifestyle, or entertainment

Experience using CapCut, or Adobe apps
