  • Salary: $80,099 - $107,422 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Fellow, you’ll support research to improve medication safety for older Australians. In a national aged care project, you’ll help co-design, implement, and evaluate a new intervention. With experience in aged or primary care, you’ll manage tasks like ethics applications, literature reviews, REDCap tool design, and data analysis, while coordinating activities and engaging stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan research through literature review, ethics submissions, and idea generation
  • Execute studies by collecting data, analysing results, and collaborating with project teams
  • Develop materials including surveys, standard operating procedures, training tools, and meeting documentation
  • Draft reports, papers, and summaries to support knowledge sharing and grant applications
  • Ensure ethical compliance by maintaining approvals, confidentiality, and safety protocols

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, pharmacy or nursing
  • Apply experience in research design, ethics submissions, grant writing and publication
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and synthesise literature from scientific databases
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through writing, presenting and collaboration
  • Manage competing priorities with appropriate judgement, problem solving and attention to detail
