We are looking for a highly capable IT Cloud & Applications Analyst with a strong focus on Azure, M365, and client management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in system implementation, enhancement, and product ownership, and will play a key role in supporting our digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of new client management systems.

• Act as a product owner, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met and systems evolve in line with business needs.

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure infrastructure aligned with cloud best practices.

• Support Office 365 environments, including administration and automation using PowerShell.

• Manage and maintain Azure AD, SSO, Azure Security & Compliance tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless integration and service delivery.

• Monitor and maintain endpoint security solutions (e.g. antivirus, malware protection).

• Contribute to IT projects and ensure documentation is up to date, including use of platforms such as Confluence

Essential requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology (System Analysis) or Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems implementation, enhancement, and product ownership.

• Demonstrated experience with client management system administration and enhancement.

• Proven experience in cloud migration, adoption, and support.

• Strong technical expertise in: Microsoft Office 365 suite, Azure AD and associated services, PowerShell scripting, Azure infrastructure design and deployment

• Azure security and compliance frameworks

• Hands-on experience managing endpoint security tools and protocols.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with project documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence.

• Advanced SharePoint administration and customization.

• ITIL v4 Foundation

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Experience in the Community Services industry.
