About the Role

As our Salon Manager, you'll work closely with the salon owner to inspire, guide, and grow our amazing team. You’ll ensure every client receives a 5-star experience while managing the daily operations with confidence and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to motivate and support the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Manage stock, wages, and salon budgets efficiently.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring appointments run smoothly.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain a full column and hit individual KPIs.
• Build and maintain your own clientele (existing client base a bonus, but not essential).
• You will be required to oversee all Apprentice clients before and after their service and provide training for the apprentices to complete their qualifications to a high standard.

• A fully qualified Hairdresser with 5+ years of salon or management experience.
• A natural leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
