Salon Manager Wanted - Salon 88 Hair & Beauty
• $40-$50 per hour (above award wages)
• Performance bonusses on top of base wage

About the role -
As the Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the salon's performance, growth and operations. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing a team of talented hairdressers and supporting and enabling your team to provide exceptional hair services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing -
• Manage the overall operations of the salon, including staff, financial and inventory management
• Inspire and lead a team of hairdressers to maintain our high customer service standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior hairdressers, helping them develop their skills and expertise
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute strategies aimed at gaining new clients and keeping current ones loyal

Your Essential Attributes -

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hairdresser, demonstrating a consistent ability to achieve outstanding results
• In-depth understanding of current hair trends, techniques, and styling products
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding a team
• Outstanding customer service skills, dedicated to providing an upscale salon experience
• Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
