We're working with a growing residential construction business on the lookout for a motivated and versatile team member to support both their office and site operations. This is a hybrid role blending Junior Contracts Administration with Project/Construction Admin Support-perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their exposure across construction delivery.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with contract documentation, site support, and general project coordination. It's a great stepping-stone for someone early in their construction career, offering stability, flexibility, and growth potential.

Role Snapshot

📍 Location: Based on a TH Dev Site at McDowall, with site attendance 1-2 times per week
🏡 Flexibility: Hybrid work option available (office/home split once settled)
📆 Schedule: Monday to Friday
💰 Salary: $70k-$90k + Super (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Assist with contract preparation and admin

Provide general support to Project and Site Managers

Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules

Maintain documentation and assist with reporting

Liaise with internal teams and clients as required
