Commercial Partnerships Lead – Mining Technology
Join a fast-growing mining technology company delivering ML & AI-driven exploration tools and immersive visual platforms that are changing the way mining companies communicate with investors.
We’re looking for a Perth-based Commercial Partnerships Lead to help grow our client’s presence across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll lead high-impact client relationships, close strategic deals, and work alongside a team redefining how exploration data is shared and understood.
The Offer:
Base circa $120,000AUD + Super + Commission. $163K-$180K OTE.
Paid monthly after contract signed.
Sales can be just weeks.
- Full-time, permanent
- Perth based - a couple of days in the office in West Perth

What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue and manage key accounts in the mining and capital markets space
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategy and execution
- Attend select industry events and conferences (occasional travel)
- Use data and CRM tools to forecast, analyse trends, and track performance
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (mining, capital markets, or tech preferred)
- Strong understanding of the mining industry’s commercial landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and sales performance tools
- Self-driven, strategic, and comfortable in a dynamic, remote-first team
- Bonus: Knowledge of AI or 3D/visual tools in the mining or industrial sectors
