About the Opportunity

Step into a role where your leadership will shape the future of enterprise digital projects. As the Lead Developer, you will:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across Perth and Indonesia offices.
• Lead architectural decisions and maintain technical standards across projects.
• Review and approve technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure code quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with the CTO on technical strategy and implementation.
• Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
• Manage technical debt and oversee system performance optimisation.
• Interface with clients on technical matters when required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience of working on enterprise digital projects and leading a team.
• Practical experience with PHP and Laravel 9+, React JS, emphasising a DevOps mindset, including observability, monitoring, unit tests, and alerts.
• A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence infrastructure.
• Proficiency in working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot application issues and understand their underlying causes.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile project management.
