About The Organisation & Position Owned & operated by a team of clinicians, the organisation is a very family friendly & supportive therapy service provider delivering high quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages. Therapy and support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are a tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum.
As the Lead Speech Pathologist for WA, you will be a play key role in helping the organisation as they embark on their next stage of planned growth expanding their operations throughout the Perth Region.
Working closely alongside the directors and management team, you will play a key role helping with the growth and development of the service here on the ground in Perth. Whilst also providing a high level of clinical therapy and support services to clients & their families.
- Immediate diverse or paediatric specific caseload to take on
- Providing high-quality assessments and interventions for clients
- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders & families
- Ongoing evaluation/review of client progress in line with their goals
- Maintaining professional knowledge & technical progress to provide clients with the best treatment program available

Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia certification
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior clinicians
- Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Access to own vehicle and clean drivers license
