About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’re creative, organised, and skilled at crafting engaging content across various platforms and can handle a super busy work environment, we want to hear from you. This role supports our Digital Marketing Manager in executing a robust posting schedule and driving audience engagement across all our channels, including both APE Medical and our Pilates arm, Resista Pilates. We are also looking to launch additional channels within the Medical and Rehab space, which you will help drive under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Assist in the development, planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality content that connects with our audience. Use Canva to help design and schedule daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.

Platform Management: Engage actively to enhance social media presence and drive interaction on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

Campaign Support: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop impactful social media campaigns.

Copywriting: Ensure all published text aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

Content Concepting: Assist in generating fresh content ideas to boost engagement and audience interaction. Apply your strong sense of aesthetics, design, and branding to ensure all content consistently reflects APE Medical brands' visual identity.

Photography & Video Capture: Capture photos and video content to support marketing campaigns.

Social Media Asset Management: Keep social media assets updated and organised within asset trackers.

Ad-Hoc Duties: Flexibility to handle allocated tasks as required in a fast-paced, environment and on deadline.

Understanding Target Market: Stay updated on trends to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated skills in Canva and Instagram are essential ie uploading experience and video filming/editing is highly desirable.

Previous social media accounts management experience

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Creativity: Strong ability to generate content ideas and engage with the target audience.

Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills But Not Required:

Graphic Design experience

Experience in video uploading, description writing
