THE MONDAY GROUP has been exclusively retained by a premium lifestyle hospitality brand, to appoint a Venue Manager for one of the Gold Coast’s most exciting new venue openings - a stylish poolside bar and dining concept set within a landmark beachfront property.

Blending nostalgic coastal flavours, chic cabana culture, and elevated hospitality, this destination venue brings energy from sunrise to sunset. The Venue Manager will oversee day-to-day operations while also curating a vibrant programming calendar - from pool parties to pop-up activations - with a strong focus on culture, creativity, and community.
This is role is all about delivering atmosphere, energy, and experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all FOH operations across the venue, restaurant, and pool club
• Bring the brand to life through on-point service, music, styling, and guest touchpoints
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and team performance
• Create and deliver event and lifestyle programming that builds community buzz
• Collaborate with F&B leaders and marketing to drive bookings and activations
• Maintain compliance with all WHS, licensing, and food safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control strategies

About You

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Restaurant General Manager in premium, high-volume venue or restaurant.
• Experience leading multi-outlet venues
• Strong commercial acumen and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to inspire a high-performing, guest-first team
• A natural host with a love for culture, design, and memorable guest experiences

Salary & Benefits

• $110,000 - $120,000 plus super
