About the Role

We are seeking a suitably experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team of 12 GP's, 4 nurses & 10 admin staff, on a permanent part-time basis.

Duties include:

Greet patients on arrival

Answer phone & email enquiries

Schedule appointments

Invoicing & processing payments

Document management & data entry

General administrative & house-keeping duties

Triaging patient needs

Maintain confidentiality of all patient information at all times

Hours:

Mondays 1:00pm to 6:30pm

Tuesdays 7:45am to 1:00pm

One weekend per month on a rotating roster (Saturday 8:15am to 1pm, Sunday 8:45am to 12:30pm)

About You

Medical reception experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate

Flexible, reliable & dedicated

Friendly & caring manner

Able to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills & able to work well within a team

Excellent computer skills, experience with Best Practice software would be advantageous
