This role will require demonstrated experience in implementing business change management strategies in a large and technical environment. This opportunity offers exposure to large and complex projects.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Business Change Management
• Supporting and collaborating with other project and line managers
• Ensuring successful implementation of change management initiatives
• Close coordination of change management activities
• Reviewing change management methodologies and provide recommended changes
• Implementation, maintenance, and documentation of recommended tool-kits

You should have:

• At least 5+ years experience as a Change Manager in an enterprise environment
• Solid experience working in a technical environment
• Expertise in Business Change Management principles
• Demonstrated management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• PROSCI certification will be highly regarded
• NV1 or higher clearance
