We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. As the first point of call for our clients, professionalism and personability coupled with a confidential and sensitive approach to work are crucial for success in this role. This role will be working closely with Directors and Senior Management, and execute a variety of administrative functions including;
Maintaining and updating the client database accurately, acting as the main custodian of client records.
Liaising with third parties through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Organising correspondence and communications efficiently and professionally.

Assisting with ad hoc projects and events as requested by Operations.

Skills & Experience:
1 + year experience in a fast-paced customer facing role
Proactive approach to learning new skills, taking on new tasks and developing professionally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Tech-savvy and can learn and embrace new technology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
