Palermo Chartered Accountants is seeking a full-time Client Services Administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice to join our friendly, inclusive team in Leederville.
This role involves requires an engaging individual with a positive attitude, a high degree of initiative and excellent time management skills. The role would suit an experienced client administration officer within the tax accounting sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Attending to client service queries.
Maintaining client information in MYOB AE.
Raising of client invoices and debtor management.
Establishment of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Trust and Companies.
Apply for TFN, ABN & GST registrations.
Apply for and management of business name registrations.
Onboarding of new clients.
General office administration tasks.
The successful applicant will need:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Client Services Administrator within a Tax Accounting Practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MYOB AE (Preferred but not required).
Experience with NowInfinity corporate compliance software (Preferred but not required).
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
Desire to provide quality client service and support.
High level of integrity and regard for confidentiality.
