Client Services Officer – Accounting Firm

( Full time or open to part time )

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Client Services Officer to be the face and voice of a modern client focussed accounting firm. 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Experience

Build professional and warm relationships with clients

Provide top-tier service via phone, email, and in person at times

Ensure client queries are resolved quickly and effectively

Administration & Workflow

Keep client records and firm systems up to date (Jobflow, ASIC, ATO, mail, scanning, etc.)

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of clients

Prepare and send client invoices, tax returns, engagement letters, and audit packs

Manage mail and filing duties, including ATO Mate

Support ASIC compliance – annual reviews, updates, and corporate secretarial tasks

Provide reception cover and general admin support to the broader team

✅ What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a Client Services Officer role within an Australian accounting firm

Excellent phone manner and communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills

Tech confidence – particularly with spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic filing

A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to align with our firm’s values of integrity, respect, and excellence
