About the role
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us as full time as a Client Services Administrator/Manager (CSM). As the CSM you will pay an essential role in ensuring an exceptional client experience and smooth running of the firm's day to day operations.
You will work directly within the Accounting team and will be responsible for providing administration support as part of the overall service provided by the firm to its clients and our team.
What you'll be doing
Administration matters, including answering incoming enquiries, receiving client records, producing client letters and producing reports.
Act as the point of contact for ATO related matters including registrations, cancellations, portal issues and assessment queries
Assisting with updating of our client database systems.
Liaising with ASIC and other government agencies and external stakeholders regarding client matters.
Overwatch of ASIC and ATO Correspondence (downloaded and distributed by our administration team)
Establishment of new entities (companies, trusts, SMSF’s) using Now Infinity & ABR
Collating & lodgement of annual accounts and tax returns.
Assisting with the end of month process.
Drafting, sending, and following up client invoices.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as required
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a client service or administrative role, and/or bookkeeping, preferably within an accounting or professional services environment.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A high level of computer literacy across accounting systems including (Office365, Xero, Quickbooks, Tax Portal etc).
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the financial planning industry.
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
An approachable work style and a willingness to take on challenges in support of team goals.
