Based in North Sydney, our client is a services-based organisation that helps our communities through a sustainability lens.

The Role:
Leading two Payroll Officers, the Payroll Manager will be tasked with managing the end-to-end payroll function with the support of a small team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing monthly/weekly payrolls for a few hundred employees
- Manage 2 Payroll Officers, providing mentorship and leadership to develop capabilities and skillsets
- Maintaining high accuracy with payroll processing and data entry.
- Identifying areas for process improvements

About You:
- Existing Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Officer looking to step up into a leadership position
- Experience with Micropay is preferred (not essential)
- Ability to process both weekly and monthly payrolls
- Strong communicator with good stakeholder management ability
- Award interpretation skills/experience
