WOW Recruitment is currently seeking a proactive Marketing Administrator for a temporary position with a dynamic property group based in Sydney Olympic Park.

In this part-time role, you’ll support the team across marketing and administration tasks during a staff member’s extended leave. You’ll assist with property listings, social media content, EDMs, and general coordination of marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, confident using creative tools and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing?

• Manage property listings and marketing content via Surga CRM
• Create and send EDMs using provided templates
• Coordinate photography, videography, and signboard installations
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Design marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign/Illustrator or Canva
• Conduct lease and title searches using Land Checker or RP Data
• Maintain marketing budgets and update invoicing templates
• Compile and distribute monthly meeting minutes and documentation

What do you bring?

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or admin support role
• Proficiency with Surga, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Previous experience in real estate or the property industry highly desirable
• Confident working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
