Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and proactive Freelance Marketing Specialist to manage our social media campaigns and content for approx.10-15 hrs/week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with influencers, creating and posting social media content, prepare marketing campaigns & EDMs, and driving audience engagement. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively communicate with our diverse audience and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media content & campaigns across various tasks (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, EDM etc.).
Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, schedule, and post compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyse social media performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
Requirements:
Proven Australian local market experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns, ideally in the skincare/fashion/perfume/design industry.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in Australian fashion/beauty brand would be a plus.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand values and objectives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
