Our client is a clinical research organisation who have recently expanded interstate and are growing their organisation. Based in St Kilda Road, with excellent hybrid or remote options, they are now seeking an excellent Payroll Officer for an 8-month fixed-term assignment.

Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working alongside another payroll professional, this role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the organisation's pay.

Your duties will include:

• End to end processing of the fortnightly payroll across the organisation
• Interpretation of Awards & EBAs relevant to the organisation's payroll function
• Accurate transactional processing, including the onboarding and offboarding of employees, leave, allowance, salary packaging, superannuation, and deductions.
• Ensuring all records within the database are accurate and up to date

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in the delivery of end-to-end payroll processes, ideally within a healthcare setting. You will have Technology One or Ceridian Dayforce experience, or be able to pick up systems with ease.

What you'll get in return
This role is an 8-month fixed-term assignment, based either in St Kilda Road or open to remote options. Annual salary from $85,000 - $95,000 + Super based on experience.
