SITE SUPERVISOR

Our client is one of Brisbane’s most prestigious luxury builders, a name synonymous with architectural brilliance, craftsmanship, and delivering homes up to $20 million in value. With a reputation for excellence and an exclusive portfolio of award-winning projects, they are now on the hunt for a Site Supervisor who can bring their experience and passion for quality to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be overseeing the construction of architecturally designed luxury residences, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. These are once-in-a-lifetime builds, and we need someone who’s done it before and thrives in the high-end space.

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for your assigned project
• Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure works are progressing in line with the construction program and timelines
• Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with WHS regulations
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work is delivered to an impeccable standard
• Liaise daily with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, and clients
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and QBCC requirements.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience supervising high-end custom builds valued at $5 million +
• Solid trade background, carpentry preferred
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential
• Eye for detail and a passion for architectural craftsmanship
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage trades, consultants, and clients
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
• Uncompromising focus on quality, safety, and delivery
