Nobul is currently recruiting for Senior Site Supervisors and Estimators on behalf of a mid-tier Insurance Building company for their teams working on Major and Complex Loss projects

With Directors who have been in the same position and have 20 years’ of experience in the industry and they are engaged and active within the company and their employees.

This company is young however they’re going through a huge growth phase, and this is an awesome opportunity to join them now and grow with them.

The Role
They are ideally looking for someone they can hit the ground running, take on those big, complex projects and help show more junior staff their processes and provide exposure to all aspects of the repair process.

You’ll be working directly alongside the Directors, ensuring you have plenty of support as you grow with the role.

About you

• 3 to 5 years in a Site Supervisor or Estimator role with another Insurance Builder
• Prime and ENData experience would be a huge advantage
• Experience with client communication and ability to form great relationships
