We’re a local real estate agency based in Nimbin, and we’re looking for an experienced, reliable Office Manager to become the heart of our business.

This isn’t an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who knows how to manage the flow of a busy office, keep a team supported and organised, and confidently handle real estate admin or similar high-responsibility tasks.

About the Role:

Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on, including:

• Keeping the office organised and the team supported.

• Handling everything from new staff inductions and training to payroll and compliance.

• Welcoming clients and creating a great first impression.

• Assisting sales agents and property managers with admin and paperwork.

• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars and open homes.

• Handling real estate forms, agreements, contracts, and trust account transactions (Certificate of Registration required, or willingness to get one).

• Helping maintain our marketing and listings.

• Making sure the office space is tidy, welcoming, and running smoothly — even when you’re holding down the fort solo.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Real estate admin or office management experience.

• Certificate of Registration (or willing to complete).

• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Great communication — with clients, colleagues, and the community.

• High computer literacy (we use Eagle Agent, Property Tree, REI Forms, Xero, Canva, Microsoft Office & Google Suite).

• A positive, professional, and can-do attitude.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.

• Friendly, well-presented, and polite — even when handling tricky people.

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

• Trust accounting or CRM experience.

• Previous leadership or management experience.

• High level of maturity and self-motivation.

• A strong understanding of compliance and business processes.
